Stress is a pressure or worry
caused by the problems in somebody life, such as endless financial obligations.
The body reacts to stress by trying to adapt to it. It builds blood volume
which increases blood pressure, heart attacks and ulcers. You can beat stress
or avoid it by the following this simple but effective five points plan

Learn to Relax: listen to your body and relax when
you have to. Expert advise several short breaks to prevent build up of stress,
rather than one long holiday. You can relax by indulging in a favorite pastime
such as playing games, musical instruments or even light gardening. Take a
mental break. Relax in a comfortable chair and close you eyes as you take deep
breaths and think calmly.
2. Eat regularly and
avoid sugar: If you have a heavy meal, you will feel tired and irritable three
or four hours later as a result of low blood sugar, when the body produces too
much insulin, the hormone that controls blood sugar. Avoid eat foods that cause a rapid rise in blood
sugar include cakes, sweets, soft drinks, bread, rice and potatoes. Never skip
breakfast, have regular meals and a bite every two hours. Take plenty of
fruits, vitamin foods and supplements.

Be more active: Research shows that people who take
up a regular exercise feel more relaxed. Exercise reduce stress and make people
feel happy. So, get out in the fresh air and take a brisk walk. You don’t have
to go to the gym to become more active. Simply move around more, walk rather
than drive and run instead of walking. You will feel lighter as you burn up
extra weight.
